Personal Holiday Advisors, the homeworking division of the Constant Travel Group, is gearing up for a further jobs expansion in anticipation of the return of the holiday market.
Emma Rodgers has joined as recruitment and training manager, having held account management roles at Riviera Travel and KLM, and retail management roles at Kuoni.
She said: “There are a lot of talented people who have unfortunately had to leave the industry or are on furlough and looking for the perfect opportunity to get back to their true passion, but also looking for a way to manage their work life balance.
“Many people’s priorities have changed over the past 16 months and homeworking offers the flexibility to run a business around what suits your lifestyle.
“We are looking to expand our recruitment from all travel sectors, including leisure and business travel as well as airline staff due to the uncertainty of their positions within existing travel businesses and with the furlough scheme coming to an end in September.”
Hays IG member Personal Holiday Advisors has been operating since 2018 with an organic approach to growth, now operating with 15 homeworkers.
Rodgers added: “However, we have re-focused our efforts and have put in place a structure to allow us to bring on more candidates over a shorter period of time. We have embraced remote training using Zoom and Teams so as to not delay potential new starters.”
